Q: How much will I need to invest?

A: We are always upfront with the cost of our services. Prices can be found on our films page. Each wedding is different, depending on what extras you require. The best way to get a quote is to contact us and give as much information as you can about your wedding day.

 

Q: Do we need to arrange a meeting before booking?

A: Please get in touch so we can have a chat about your story so far over a cuppa. We would love to meet you!

We recommend a meeting so we can get to know you and to ensure we are right for you. You can ask any questions you have, see lots of examples of our work and view an example of the finished product.

We have had many couples who live outside the area or who are unable to meet us beforehand due to time restrictions. This is no problem! We have many years experience and know the right questions to ask to make sure we all get all the required information.

 

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?

A: We require a non-refundable £150.00 to secure your wedding date, which will be deducted from your total fee.

 

Q: When do I need to pay the balance?

A: The balance is due 30 days before your wedding, we accept credit & debit card payment via our website, as well as cheques, bank transfers or paypal payments.

 

Q: Do you travel?

A: Yes! We love to travel.

 

Q: Why not shoot it yourself?

A: Having a family film your day could seem like a great money saver, but they unlikely to have the necessary skills and experience. You need to be able to anticipate what is coming next and be in the right place at the right time to capture those important moments. We use professional sound equipment to ensure we capture your vows and speeches, even if we are at the back of the church/ function room. Registrars or Vicars, only allow professionals in the optimum place to capture all the action.

If our equipment fails, we have spares. We will spend many days editing your video and will deliver a DVD or Blu-ray disc with titles and chapters that is professionally packaged.

 

Q: How long might I expect to wait for my DVD?

A: We aim to deliver your final film within 4-6 weeks.

 

Q: Can I choose my own music?

A:  Yes! You can choose what ever you like. Before the wedding we will contact you and arrange a meeting, so we can discuss your wedding day, your music choices and much more. 

 

 

Q: What if the unexpected happens, who would film my wedding?

A: We have a network of professionals to call upon

 

Q: Do I need a licence?

A: We hold all the relevant licences, which is included in our price. The licence allows us to film any live music playing at your wedding, a live band or a DJ and to use music of your choice in the final wedding film.
